HKPC (an independent statutory organization) is a pioneer in information security and information security management.  We promote information security and provide information security services as early as 1998.  Since 2001, HKPC is appointed by the HK Government to establish and operate the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team (HKCERT).
